When you’re craving something sweet try this healthy and easy greek yogurt apple dip for a simple snack. Greek yogurt is low calorie and high in protein.
Pat and I went for a little picnic in the country this past weekend. I’ll post more photos and recipes later, but my MacBook – and photoshop – is in the shop this week (sad face). Part of the menu was greek yogurt apple dip. Greek yogurt makes this super healthy and the recipe couldn’t get any easier! I didn’t really measure, I just added a scoop of this, a squirt of this, a pinch of that. The recipe is pretty flexible and you could use almond butter instead of peanut butter, or brown sugar instead of honey.
On another note, I was overwhelmed by the response to my med school post yesterday. I had an unexpected amount of really nice emails from med students and people who are thinking about medical school. It was awesome to know that my tips were so well-received!
Oh, and one last thing. One of my favorite companies ever, Brooks, is having their end-of-season sale right now! Now is a great time to stock up on running gear or buy that pair of shoes that you’ve been pining after! This link goes directly to the sale stuff, or you can visit their main site at brooksrunning.com. As an added bonus, the discount code ‘HEADSTART’ will get you free shipping until July 17th! (No benefit to me if you check it out, I am just a loyal fan).
Here is the approximate recipe:

The other day my little sister tried doing a sweet dip for breakfast but she wasn’t too sure of what to mix in…. so it didn’t quite work out, it was a big bowl of chocolate chips, cocoa, cinnamon, icing sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla sugar…. and yeah, it tasted weird. I suggested she tried it with apple, as that might help push it down the throat, but to no avail 🙂
I told her about this now, and she said, “yeah right!” Can it really be this easy? I think you.. and I’ll have to prove it to her tonight when I make her some 🙂 This dip is perfect, she also loves granny smith apples 😀

I have had some success with this particular product.
Lately I started Weight Watchers on the web and the limitations were tough to get accustomed to at first.
Before I eat it is often easier for me to get a grip on my hunger by taking this supplement.
Granted I am making modifications to my diet (less beer for sure!) So
I would recommend adding this as a & # 34; support & # 34;
to a weight reduction routine. I’ve lost 4 lbs in my own first week of WW with this particular supplement.Reply

Hi Briana – It doesn’t have to be exact and it will still taste good! Just use one single serving container of yogurt!
