How To Order Prescriptions
Welcome to the TractorSupplyRx.com Online prescription information.
Federal Law requires that prescription drugs be restricted to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian. Before we can process your prescription medicine order, we must have a prescription from your veterinarian on file. Four convenient ways to provide us with prescription:
- 1- You may submit a Pet-Vet information and we'll obtain the prescription for you
- 2- If you have the prescription already, you may mail it to us
- 3- If we have a refill for you on file, place your order & we'll take care of the rest
- 4- Your veterinarian may Call, email, or Fax the prescription to us

Your order will be placed into on hold status, while we verify your prescription.
As soon as the prescription is received, the order will be released.
NOTE: Prescriptions are refillable, if indicated, for one year from the date on which they were written. After that time, your veterinarian will need to authorize a new prescription.

TractorSupplyRx.com endorses the American Veterinary Medical Association policy that drug therapy, when medically indicated should be initiated only by an attending veterinarian in the context of a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship.
We are unable to accept returned prescription drugs due to federal and state laws.

The TractorSupplyRx.com Subscribe to Save program is super friendly and flexible. You can always change the frequency, accelerate or postpone a delivery, temporarily suspend delivery, or completely cancel your shipments.
Your first order will ship immediately, and subsequent orders will be processed according to the frequency you selected.
If you choose an Express delivery method (for example Next Day Air) for your initial order, your account will be set up with that as the default delivery method for future orders. At any time after your first order ships, you can change the delivery method by logging into your TractorSupplyRx.com Account.

Payment Options
We can only accept credit cards for the Subscribe to Save program. No checks or money orders. Please remember to Click "Save Card" at checkout.
Other Coupons & Offers
Subscription orders will use the Regular Price at the time the Subscription is placed less the Subscription Discount. Subscription orders cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts and offers provided by TractorSupplyRx.com. Subscription orders will not use any special or discount pricing that may have been available on a prior order.
Order Notifications
For every Subscription order you will receive an email 3 days ahead of time with a list of the items scheduled to be shipped. You have until midnight EST the day before to make changes online via the My Subscription link.
Back Orders
Occasionally, an item may have a delay, and when we are aware of the delay from the vendor we will notify you immediately.
Price Changes
Please check the pricing on your pre-orders notification. Prices can change from time to time. Subscription orders will use the Regular Price at the time the Subscription is placed less the Subscription Discount. Subscription orders will not use any special or discount pricing that may have been available on a prior order.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
On the day your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation. When your order has been shipped you will receive another email with your order delivery and tracking information.
Problems Processing Your Order
If your credit card expires or decline, we will inform you via email and request your assistance in helping us fix it so that we can get your order out to you as quickly as possible.
Making Changes to Your Subscribe to Save Orders
Remember, you can change your Subscription orders at anytime by logging into your TractorSupplyRx.com account via My Subscription link.
To change the quantity of an item, simply change the number in the Quantity field. This will permanently change the quantity automatically delivered to you. If you only want this to change for one order only, you will need to change it back before the next Subscription delivery.
To modify the delivery intervals simply change from the "Frequency" column and click the Update Subscription button. This will permanently change the frequency the item(s) is automatically delivered to you.
To remove an item: Simply click X Icon found next to Total price. This item will not be delivered to you unless you add it again to Subscription.
To add an item to Subscription: Simply browse for items on TractorSupplyRx.com and select “Subscription Price” tab, choose your shipment frequency, place item in cart and continue to checkout.

Selamectin and sarolaner are the two key ingredients in this topical treatment for cats. For the elimination of parasites, selamectin usings paralyzation properties. When introduced to the body of the parasite, this ingredient stops chloride channel conductance, which ultimately leads to an inability to create electrical nerve cell activity. Without this activity, the parasite can't hold onto the intestine, and the body will naturally flush it. The other ingredient, sarolaner, targets insects and acarine by inhibiting the GABA and glutamate-gated chloride channels. This action over stimulates the nervous system, resulting in death.

What are the side effects of Revolution Plus for Cats?
Potential adverse reactions associated with Revolution Plus could include lesions at the application site, hair changes at the application site, sneezing, conjunctivitis, pruritus, anorexia, skin lesions, eczema, emesis, diarrhea, or lethargy. Sarolaner, a key ingredient in this product, is an isoxazoline drug. Drugs in this class have been associated with adverse neurological reactions, including seizures, ataxia, and trimmers. Adverse neurological reactions have been observed in cats receiving drugs from the isoxazoline class, even cats with no history of a neurological disorder. Proceed with caution in administering to a cat with a history of any neurological disorder.???
What special precautions are there?
- Store out of the reach of children and animals
- If the animal is below 8 weeks old, breeding, pregnant, or lactating, safety is unknown
- Skin irritation and eye discomfort may occur
- After handling, wash hands well and use extreme care
- This product is flammable
- Store in a cool place, not hear heat, flames, sparks, etc.

How can I store Revolution Plus for Cats?
Store between 59-86°F (30°C).
Overview
Before using this product, a vet should perform tests and regular examinations to ensure the animal's health. After examination, use this product following vet instructions. A typical dose is 2.7 mg of selamectin and .45 mg of sarolaner per lb. When ready to use, hold the container firmly in one hand, press the cap down to puncture the seal. A clicking noise will signal that the seal is broken. With the other hand, at the base of the neck, part the cat’s hair to reveal skin. With the tip of the dispenser directly on the skin, squeeze 3 to 4 times to empty all of the contents. On the last squeeze keep firm and drag the tip away from the liquid. Once away from the application spot lift, remove, and throw away. This will ensure no product is sucked back into the tube. After application, never massage the skin into the product. Hold the animal for a few seconds to ensure proper drying time. Never use this product while the animal is wet and please note that stiff hair, clumping, discoloration, or powdery residue may occur. This is temporary but should not be washed off for 24 hours.
- For Fleas:
- Use this product at any time in the year
- For best results, use year-round, once a month
- If treating a current flea infestation, adults are killed right away
- Flea eggs will need to hatch before the killing action occurs
- Flea infestations may persist for a short time until all eggs have hatched
- For Ticks:
- Use this product at any time in the year
- For best results, use year-round, once a month
- For Heartworms:
- This product is intended for prevention of heartworms
- It will help control and prevent further infestation in cats with existing heartworms
