Over the past few months, I have been trying to eat healthier to get back in shape from having a baby. Man, is it hard for me.

I love eating treats and have never been a fan of vegetables.

I’ve been trying to incorporate vegetables into most of our meals andhave been trying a lot of different variations of them so I don’t feel like I’m eating the same thing all the time.

These green beans make a delicious and healthy side dish, so I don’t even mind eating my veggies. Even my kids loved these green beans.

This is a simple and delicious recipe, you and the entire family will love. They come together in minutes and make a great side dish, for any meal.

what other cheese could i use besides parmesan?

If you are not a parmesan lover, don’t stress. There are a lot of people in my family who also disapprove.

Parmesan can be easily replaced by any cheese you prefer. We recommend however, not adding any cheese until the end, unless you are using parmesan.

Parmesan cooks a little differently, and can take the heat a little better than most cheese. Here is what we recommend:

-Mozzarella
-Pepper Jack
-Cheddar Cheese
-Provolone
-Swiss

You really could use any of your favorites, but we have tried what is listed above and it was delicious.
